SHIPPING & RETURNS
There may be an additional charge for delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands. Please get in touch before ordering if you are not located within Mainland UK.
Our current lead time from the date of ordering is 4-6 weeks. We will provide email confirmation that your order has been placed and payment has been received.
Our courier service is fully tracked and they will require a signature on delivery so please can you ensure that someone will be able to sign for your delivery. If you are unable to take delivery after agreed upon dispatch you could be liable for a re-delivery charge.
Return & Exchange Policy
All of our products are handmade to order and unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.
If for any reason we have made a mistake with the sizing or paint colour we will rectify the mistake as soon as possible. We will cover the cost of returning or replacing the product. Please get in touch with any queries about this to firstname.lastname@example.org
If the product has been damaged during shipping please send photographic evidence upon arrival still in it's packaging and send to email@example.com who will then raise this issue with the courier service and we will try to get the issue resolved as fast as possible.
